What can yoa as a Chaser do if you tipped for a video or send a tip but the Star does not provide the desired content?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund in these circumstances. Private messages and tips are voluntary. PigLoad.Club is a social network and our Stars are fully responsible for their own content. We cannot guarantee any particular activity nor influence the Stars decisions to manage their content.
A Chaser may try to contact the Star directly with regard to this issue. We are also here to help and support you, please open a support ticket in case you feel this is something you should report after you have tried to rerach out to the Star.
